About the RPMA Awards 2025
The RPMA Awards are an annual celebration of excellence in the residential property management industry across New Zealand. These prestigious awards aim to recognise individuals and businesses that demonstrate outstanding dedication, innovation, and leadership in the field.
In 2025, the awards will highlight exceptional achievements at both the regional and national levels. Regional Awards for the Rising Star and Property Manager of the Year categories will be judged between April and June, with winners from each region progressing to compete for the national titles.
The National Awards, including NZ Rising Star and NZ Property Manager of the Year, will be announced at the RPMA Conference on 24 July 2025 at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre. This event will also honour outstanding contributions to the industry with the Contribution to the Industry Award and the Industry Supplier of the Year Award.
By celebrating the success stories of individuals and teams who raise the standards of property management, the RPMA Awards aim to inspire excellence and encourage best practices throughout the industry.

- The Property Manager of the Year and Rising Star awards are exclusive to RPMA members, recognising outstanding professionals within our organisation.

- The Recognition of Contribution to the Industry and Industry Supplier of the Year awards are open to all, celebrating those making a significant impact on the property management industry, regardless of RPMA membership.
Do I need to be an RPMA member?
