• •  Step Towards QRPM – This qualification counts toward earning the QRPM (Qualified Residential Property Manager) post-nominal. Learn more about QRPM here.

How to Enrol?

Enrolling in the course is a simple process, and we're here to help if you have any questions along the way.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Purchase the Course - Purchase the Course – When you're ready, begin your enrolment by purchasing the course through our online shop. online shop. You’ll be prompted to create an account before accessing the shop.  This is a quick and easy step to get started.  Please note: a 3% credit card processing fee applies at checkout. We prefer payments to be made this way, as it ensures a smooth and efficient enrolment process.

2. Complete the Required Forms – Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll need to fill out the following documents to formalise your enrolment:

• • RPMA Trainee Membership Form – Free for the duration of the course.

• • IGNITE Enrolment Form – Please make sure to complete the IGNITE Enrolment Form on your computer, as it is a fillable form and cannot be handwritten. Please note that the "2025 INTAKE DATES" section on the form has not been updated to reflect our specific RPMA intake. While the form lists multiple intake dates, these do not apply to RPMA. Our official course start date is 2 April 2025. When completing the form, please tick 9 April, as this is the closest option available. Rest assured, your course will commence on 2 April 2025.

 3. Provide Certified ID and Proof of Citizenship or Residency – To qualify as a domestic student and be entitled to the Government tuition subsidy, you must be one of the following:

• • A New Zealand citizen 
  • A New Zealand permanent resident or resident visa holder 
  • An Australian citizen or permanent resident residing in New Zealand 

 To confirm your eligibility, you’ll need to supply certified copies of:

1. • A valid passport (NZ or Australian) or birth certificate (NZ or Australian)
   • OR an international passport plus your NZ permanent residency visa

Note: Driver’s licences are not accepted as ID.

A certified copy is a photocopy or scanned image that has been signed by an authorised person (e.g. a Justice of the Peace, lawyer, court registrar) verifying it’s a true copy of the original.
