Rising Star Award (Regional & National)

• • Recognising outstanding property managers with less than two years’ experience.

• • Regional Winners are selected in 16 regions.

• • The National Winner is chosen from the regional winners and announced at the RPMA Conference.

Property Manager of the Year (Regional & National)

• • Celebrating exceptional experienced property managers (2+ years in the industry).

• • Regional Winners are awarded in 16 regions.

• • The NZ Property Manager of the Year is selected from the regional winners and announced at the RPMA Conference.

Recognition of Contribution to the Industry (National Only)

• • Recognising an individual who has made a significant impact on the property management sector.

• • Open to non-members and presented at the RPMA Conference.

Industry Supplier of the Year (National Only)

• • Recognising suppliers who contribute to the efficiency, cost savings, and performance of RPMA members.

• • Open to non-members and awarded at the RPMA Conference.

Regional judging takes place between June and July, with winners announced throughout this period.

The NZ Property Manager of the Year and NZ Rising Star are selected from the regional winners and awarded at the RPMA Conference (24 July 2025, JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre).
