About the RPMA Awards 2025
The RPMA Awards are an annual celebration of excellence in the residential property management industry across New Zealand. These prestigious awards aim to recognise individuals and businesses that demonstrate outstanding dedication, innovation, and leadership in the field.
Applications for the 2025 RPMA Awards have now closed, and judging is currently underway. This year, the awards highlight exceptional achievements at both regional and national levels. Judging for the Regional Awards—Rising Star and Property Manager of the Year—is taking place between June and July, with winners from each region progressing to the national titles.
The National Awards, including NZ Rising Star and NZ Property Manager of the Year, will be announced at the RPMA Conference on 24 July 2025 at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre. This event will also honour outstanding contributions to the industry with the Contribution to the Industry Award and the Industry Supplier of the Year Award.
By celebrating the success stories of individuals and teams who raise the standards of property management, the RPMA Awards aim to inspire excellence and encourage best practices throughout the industry.
