Certificate of Residential Property Management Lvl 4

This Certificate will be the foundation course for those wishing to be qualified residential property managers. RPMA is pleased to facilitate this course to members in 2024. Starting mid June 2024 by online classroom, meeting weekly. To be in for this intake please have your registrations sorted by 1st June 2024. We have expert facilitators running online classes for each of the 14 papers and also available are experienced mentors who can assist you with any section of a paper you are unsure about. RPMA is also offering our trainee membership free to students while they are completing the NZ Cert in Residential Property Management! Completion of this certificate is a requirement of becoming a qualified RPMA member, and it gives you an industry recognised certificate ensuring skills, knowledge and practical application to deliver the best property management service.
