RPMA recently hosted the webinar “51 Ideas To Make Your Rental Property Rentable Properly” on 28 August 2026, featuring experienced property management professional Richard Horne. 

The practical session explored ways property managers can improve the appeal, presentation, and marketability of rental properties. Richard shared a range of ideas and practical considerations that can help property managers prepare properties for the rental market and achieve better outcomes for their clients. 

The webinar highlighted that making a property rentable properly involves more than simply placing a listing online. Property presentation, tenant appeal, maintenance, communication, and understanding what the market is looking for can all play an important role.
